Leave Module - Roles Involved

List of Roles

#	User Roles	Privileges
1	HR	Leave allocation based for the year, Created Leave type, View Leave data across the organization based on the region. Level approval (2nd Level)
2	Employee	Can create & submit the Leave Request
3	Manager/Reporting Manager/Next Level Manager	Approves/Reject Leaves for the Reporting employees

Leave Module - HR/Admin Screen

Admin/HR Manager Configuration - The settings is visible only for Admin & HR Manager. Choose Year: Create the Leave year. Allot Leave types: Choose the Leave type for the specific year.

Leave Module - Employee Create Leave

Step 1:Go to Timeoff Module. Step 2:Then User can navigate to different menu by clicking on the specific icon. Step 3:Click on New Time Off Request button to create Leave Request. Step 5:The User has multiple view options like List view, Kanban view, Calendar view – “click on each icon the user can view it accordingly”.

Step 6:The Employee needs to fill the details & Click on “Save” button to create leave request for approval by the respective manager based on the leave type. Draft options not available

Leave Module - Leave Allocation Request

Step 1:Go to Timeoff Module. Step 2:Click on New allocation Request button to create allocation Request [For e.g. Paternity or Maternity].

Step 3:Click on create button. Step 4:Fill the form and save.

Step 5:The User can view list of public holidays allocated by company.

Leave Module - Leave Manager Approval

Step 1:Only Manager & above levels in reporting hierarchy will have visibility & accessibility of Managers icon. The Manager can navigate to Time Off Requests to Approve screen by clicking on the “Time Off” Sub-Menu icon under Managers. Step 2:Managers needs to select & approve the leave submitted by the Employees.

Leave Module - Allocation Manager Approval

Step 1:The Manager can navigate to Allocation Requests to Approve screen by clicking on the “Allocations” Sub-Menu icon under Managers. Step 2:Based on the leave type either or both Manager or Next level manager or HR should approve the leave.
