Timesheet Module - Roles Involved

List of Roles

#	User Roles	Description
1	CEO	Have access across different companies too all data’s
2	Program Manager	Have access to data based on the Company & can create others record
3	Project Manager	Have access to the data across the project level
4	RM	Have access to the data across specific members of the team
5	Employee	Have access to his own records only

Timesheet Module - Create Timesheet

Step 1:Go to Timesheet Module.

Step 2:Navigate to My Timesheets.

Step 3:Click on Create button.

Step 4:Select Project and Task to input timesheet. Step 5:Click on Add new line button.

Step 6:Enter hours against selected project and task day wise (As shown).

Step 7:Save the record and click Submit to Manager button.

Timesheet Module - Timesheet approval by Project Manager

Step 1:Go to Project module --> Projects --> Click on the Project.

Step 2:Click on Timesheets tab.

Step 3:Select the Timesheet Lines to approve. Step 4:Go to Actions tab and click on Approve or Refuse.

Can approve or refuse more than one line item at a time
Timesheet is to be approved by Reporting Manager after Project Managers approval

Step 1: Go to Timesheets modules --> To Approve --> Timesheets to Approve.

Step 2:Click on the record and click on Approve or Refuse button.
